First Buy Open House events: ‘What would you do in yours?’

We know that Granary Wharf is somewhere that first time buyers really want to live but that financial pressures and a lack of certainty about the market have left people feeling confused about when and how to buy.

We are thrilled to announce that the Government-backed FirstBuy scheme is now available at Granary Wharf and will help first-time buyers purchase a property here with as a little as a 5% deposit.

We’re holding an open house event to help you find out more about the FirstBuy scheme and give you a real flavour of what it is like to be a part of the buzzing community thriving at the development. Come and take a look around our show apartments in the stunning cylindrical Candle House building which will be brought to life taking inspiration from TV classics, including a special homage to Morecambe and Wise in one of the apartments’ spacious bedrooms.

Get some top cookery tips at a Masterchef-style cookery demonstration by a chef from Granary Wharf’s very own Wasabi Teppanyaki restaurant and stir-up the spirit of Sex and the City with a new cocktail created specially for us: ‘The Wharf’ uses lychee juice, crushed limes and vodka, with a soft drink version made with pomegranate, lemongrass and berries and drinks will be served courtesy of the mixologist from the Sky Lounge at neighbouring Mint Hotel.

Finally, take in the views from Leeds’ highest private garden, candle-lit on top of Candle House.

Come along and speak to our financial advisors, take a tour and discover what life is like at Granary Wharf.
