From 18 – 20 November the end unit under Waterman’s Place and next to Fazenda, looking out on where river and canal collide, will showcase some of the newest and most innovative film-making being produced around the world as it hosts the Cherry Kino strand of the 25th annual Leeds International Film Festival.
The unit has been transformed into a temporary microcinema for this long weekend of experimental film, offering stunning pieces by original filmmakers for your pleasure and illumination, showing that any location can become a cinema given a few basic ingredients. All of the events are free and our very own Out of the Woods will be providing appropriate cinema snacks.
